I am very concerned atthe mental stability of some who post here.

This forum by name and definition is where you will find the beliefs and debates of Nelson Montana.

If you do not like what he has to say or do not wish to read the debates then the solution is DO NOT VISIT THIS FORUM.

There are a plethora of others which i am sure you would far better enjoy if you do not like what is here.

Why then do some persist in returning to post rubbish and spoil good debate. We are all grown men and woman and have a choice if we wish to listen or not. We have made that choice by visiting this forum.

Again i am finding it hard to understand that a sane person who feels so stronlgly would put themselves out daily to visit here if they think it is so bad and false?

pathetic individuals that truely have nothing more important going on in their lives than to harass someone on an internet forum. I dont know why admin doesnt get rid of them, and if they are using an alias, then every handle they use should be banned as well

It really seems personal but I cannot for the life of me understand why. They attack Nelson constantly. I agree, if they don't like Nelson or what we are discussing around then why don't they just stay away?

I would like to see Nelson be a mod for his forum.

thanks. For now I am just following his eating schedule, and that kid in into something, I made pretty good gains eating when he does....

When trolls flame like that, I find it's best to respond to a previous post and completely ignore what they say. After all, they only do what they do just to get attention because nobody pays attention to them in real life.
