I'm hearing all different opinions from many people I ask. Some say I should take a whey shake only on days I work out AN HOUR after a work out.
Others say take a shake everyday and it doesn't matter what time the shake is taken...so long as the protein is in the diet for the day.
I'm a hard gainer so I want to put on lbs...should I make a shake everyday or only on days after I work out?
