Good job with ASKING where to search for information instead of just buying some gear, not knowing what to do and then asking "how would I use this"?

-183-185 lbs
-9 months of weight lifting
Diet
Always eating protein. Mainly steaks. Sometimes chicken. Esp before and after workout. Protein shake either before or after workout (it usually makes my tummy hurt). I'm done bulking but I still add carbs after my workout.
I've gone from 150 to 185 (most of that happened in the first few months though. I've plateued) because I started eating lots. Only a small gut.
GOAL
-I'd like to be able to train 5 days a week without being so sore. I need the faster muscle recovery. I do martial arts and would like for it not to interfere with my weight training and vice a versa.
-I want lower bodyfat (I haven't been doing cardio and now i just started so this will help)
-I'd like to gain a little lean muscle mass but I'm not trying to be 200 lbs.

HGH seems really expensive though.
Thank you very much for the platinum membership! I will use it.

I started off with the 5x5, and only focussed on compound lifts...and still mainly do.
I'm so sick and tired of being sore all the time. It's harder for me to focus on work and things when I'm so sore. That plus I doubt my muscles have recovered from mondays workout, and I'm going to train jiu jitsu, and it might even set me back a little bit because maybe my muscles haven't recovered.
I believe you all 100% when you say I can reach my physical goals without gear. I've been training martial arts for a long time, and I'm tired of being so damn sore all the time. This will help my muscles recoup faster and make my workouts more meaningful.

IronmanLV said:If you are that sore all of the time then you need to re-evaluate your training and back it down a bit. Drugs aren't going to make that go away. The most likely cause is over training. The only cure for that is to back it down a bit not drugs and it takes quite a while for GH to have any noticeable effect. Not to mention the cost.
No offense intended here but I just have to say...What annoys me the most on AAS boards is guys like you pretending you're seeking advice from those of us who have been around the game for a while. When we don't subscribe to your reasons for wanting to take gear then you try to justify and ignore our advice because it's not the answers you want to hear. Why bother even asking our advice? It sounds as if you're already decided you're going to use the stuff then don't waste any more time get it ordered and get on with it.
Best of luck and I hope it all works out for you. In the future though just do us all a favor and don't bother asking for advice if you aren't prepared to follow it.
