where do you want to be this time next year? e.g., goals, stats, etc...

here's your opportunity to document your goals! :)

mine are simple...have a successful strength and conditioning business, place high in the next National Masters Championships (olympic-style weightlifting) in Savannah Georgia in April, progress with my grappling and win some tournaments with that, and most of all, stay healthy. if i can do that, i'll be happy.
 
Right on 40...stay health, and I want to be above 550 on my flat bench by this time next year. I also want to lower my BF to 10% and stay there for 6 months or more. Other than that...I'm pretty happy.

both are very good goals.....well i just hope to get good grades...maybe meet a hot ass girl...lolj/k.....
would like to lean up...i am currently 295 16% BF....i really do not liek the way i look, but feel as if i could make much more progress cutting..and be bigger of course

Hey 40 bro ... you would be a scarry brother to grapple with! haha. Im sure that you will hit your goals if you really dedicate yourself and set realistic bench marks. Once you have your mind set, you will get where you want to be.

This year, as far as training goes, I see 2 cycles, I am going to try to stay relatively lean all year this year instead of bulking, getting sick of feeling so full all the time. I want to hit 230 lbs, with about 8-10% bf. I thinkt that it should be fairly attainable.

I am also planning to hit physio pretty good this year to try to get some more range of motion back into my shoulder. Its stiff as ol hell, and weak too (it was dislocated with a broken humerous too). Its just not the same. I would also really like to improve on my flexiblibty this year, ... its all starting in my new training routine in Jan.

Next year I hope to be in between 200-210 pounds SHREDDED even when not on juice. Also I want to further increase my skills in Krav Maga of course. I hope to further increase my overall conditioning and to be able to fully do splits and straddles for my Krav Maga classes.(I'm sure I will achieve that sooner than a year from now though as I used to be very flexible and am already pretty close to getting it.) I also want to do even better this year in terms of personal training and hopefully hit double bonuses every pay period. I want to get several more fitness certifications and also take up Spanish(I know some) as it is the second most spoken language in the country and it looks good when going for managerial purposes in the fitness industry.(Alot of Spanish individuals are employed and enough don't speak good English. This isn't a racist comment btw as I am part Spanish as well.) I want to hook up my current room and also my Acura TSX while also saving several thousand $ this year to help me when I move out. I hope to stay happy and support my best friend who is also my girlfriend. I hope to stay healthy, stay positive, and never set limits on myself. Merry X-mas and have a Happy New Year!

I have that girl, she just finished her masters, well 122 lbs!

Mav bro, thanks man, i'm sorry to hear about your shoulder, but don't get down though because it's amazing how our bodies will respond given time and good physio as you've stated. i have no doubt that you will once again get back your shoulder 100% my man. please give an update when you hit 230 at 8%, bro, i'll be looking forward to hearing back from you about that for sure, which i have no doubt will be sooner than later. always good to hear from you brother!

Would love to find the right girl, and make all A's (both are possible), but my physique goals: gain 15 ibs of lbm, add another inch to my arms, and lean out a little more.
 
i want to be 230lbs of lean muslce mass. the goal is to hit 250 and shred down to 230. i am 222 now so i might be hitting that goal. personal goals are to have a better relationship with my daughter and to be inducted into Force Recon. lovin life. PEACE
 
i want a 550 moranello, and $2.3 million in cash.

realisticaly, i just want to be healthy, happy and successful. get closer with my girl, buy a house and live the good life.

also, would love to hit 280, with 20' guns

I hope to be at least 205lbs this time next year with another half inch on my arms at least. I hope a lot ofthings for this time next year. As long as I'm happy though, I'll be more than content.
