Where do supplements come into an AAS cycle?

Do i use creatine while on AAS or for PCT?

What about all the others like arginine, bcaa, glutamine, ect.?

When would be the best time to use these? PCT or while on AAS?
 
Creatine Both on and OFF, for cellular energy, cell volumiziation, and increase in protein synthesis do in part to cellular hydration.

Carnitines of some sort for Fat mobilization and health

Protien Powder, and I would argue Glutamine peptides as well for added nitrogen retention, gut health and immune benefits.


I HIGHLY recommend, LIPOFLAME, AMPLIFY02, RAWmcc, and G-covery

as they provide all of the above and much much more

lol once i run out of NO x-plode, i'm giving your amp02 a try, so don't worry :)

i've heard nothing but great results from it and i've looked at whats in it and it looks good.

first off OMEGA post was a good one.

other good sups to take would be things for blood pressure like PROBIOTICS/
NUTRACEUTICALS ,acne if you get this,VITAMINS are a must imo as well as protein and nows the time to spend the money on the best you can get to.A good liver support cap is deff a good thing to I made up a good on in a thread I will post it in a bit.if your running aas like winny something for your joints is a good bet got a cap for that to.DIGESTIVE ENZYMES/DIGESTIVE SUPPORT if you have problems with the large amounts of food you will be eating.IMMUNE SUPPORT if you need it.SLEEP SUPPLEMENTS some times aas hinders your sleep.

Digestive enzymes . . that's a damn good idea.

me personally have used all of that. bcaa and glutamine no question....will only help strengthen the immune system and recovery time. i wouldnt use creatine mono just because i bloat off of that and i never do a cycle without test which bloats me as well. arginine ive used plenty but id rather let one of the experts answer the arginine question.

totally agree. i take CE2 and im still on. i know that amplify02 stuff has creatine ethyl in it. and honestly im staying solid and strong from those supps with no bloat.

i have been thinking of a way to set this up too . .

for example, i'm thinking of making one custom capsule for morning which is

going to be everything to kick start my day.

I was also going to make a night time custom capsule that would have supps that i need before bed

such as melatonin, GABA, and arginine. You know what i mean.

Supps have always been a part of bodybuilding, but mostly for health reasons. Hot Stuff was the first supp to be geared directly for bodybuilding puposes and it wasn't bad, just super hyped. The "kick" everyone felt was from all the herbal stimulents. Then some legit supps came along like creatine and superior proteins -- promoted by Muscle Media 2000 which spoke openly about the use of supps with steroids. And then the infamous "feels like I'm on Deca" HMB debacle. Ever since then people have been leery of supplements.

I write about this in length in my book. There are so many bad and so many good you can't get into them all. I think it depends on your goals and your budget. You could just use a multi and protein and be fine. For a basic beginner bulker/T boosting stack I'd say UNLEASHED and BIG BLAST can't be topped. BIG BLAST has protein and creatine and NO2 so you save on buying them seperately. For someone looking to lose weight, I'd suggest ZIP, AMP02 and a sugar free protein and a multi. Some guys want every advantage and spend a lot of money on supps. Some may say it's not worth it, but for a lot of us, this is our hobby/passion/life and we want to explore every possibility. It's good to have a forum like EF to know what to avoid and what to investigate.

Arginine is not as effective as citrulline for boosting nitrogen levels. Citrulline and arginine together are a killer combo for that, but not necessary when cycling as nitrogen levels are elevated by the gear any way.
An easy way to think of creatine ethyl ester as opposed to creatine mono is if you imaging your stomach lining as one of those childrens toys with holes in that you have to put cubes through the square holes, and pyramids through the triangle holes etc... Creatine mono has a square at one end and a pyramid at the other, but your stomach only has triangle holes. Therefore the creatine can only pass through the stomach if its lined up the right way. Creatine ethyl ester is like creatine with a pyramid on both ends, so it can pass through the stomach lining either way.

Protein and vitamins are your best bet. You can get more of each from supps than from food.

After that, my reccomendation is CyoGenX, which is basically an herbal anti-estrogen that I designed for steroid users to keep them healthy on a cycle.

If you're on a cutting cycle, fat burners are good. As for the NO products and glutamine peptides, I don't actually know anything about them.

For PCT, a normal PCT + MyoGenX and Unleashed is what I reccomend.
 
For guys on gear, this is the ultimate supplement plan.

While on,

BIG BLAST mixed with Half and Half (Protein, creatine NO2 Spray dried plasma protein)

CytogenX (Keeps estro under control)

A second protein source. (MRP)

UNLEASHED (To make the most T unbound)

Policostinol (To maintain HDL)

Additional Omega 3's

A good multi (Obviously recommend DX7)

DEFINITION (To elliminate bloat)


For PCT

MyogenX

Continue UNLEASHED to restore as much T as possible

Dermacrine for estro control

Ginsing and mucana puriens for prolactin

POST CYCLE (For libido and liver detox and aditional estrogen supression)

BIG BLAST (To maintain size)

Extra vitamin C and magnesium

VIGOR (To replace blood volume lost when off the gear)


For Cutters do everything the same except...

Substitute BIG BLAST with a low cal protein mixed with water.

Take AMP02 proir to workouts.
