I appreciate the Help. I am looking to learn right now as much as I can. I am very new to this so it's important that I make the right choices for me. I have been reading for months now and just still not understanding where to start. I am 6' 220lbs, I work out 3-4 times per week. I am a little overweight, but carry it very well. I am making no progress in the gym. I'm not sure about calorie count etc.. I just need some guidance.. Thanks for any help you can give!!
read up in the nutrition section here on the board. steriods arent magic. hard training, eating proper, and rest are magic. get diet in check and try some tribex (test booster) and creatine(EE). this should bump u through your plateau as it did for me before.
I would like to add thats there's alot of good info offered in this thread,If you're still stuck arter reading ,theres lots of bro's here willing to help you along.Getting a muscular /Fit Body requires committment, Lots of protein along with good wholesome clean food low in fats.
