i know a surgeon who removes the total gland , yea i mean the entire gland not even a trace behind, he has done for many BB and gyno never came.. even did for my bro, does this mean im 100% gyno safe if i get it too? no matter what i use weather ai or not

It's not possible to remove the "total gland". The breast tissue is not just one big solid gland. It is tissue, made up of millions of cells. It is impossible for a surgeon to remove all the cells as they are not all visible with the naked eye. He might get most of it, but if you're prone to gyno and don't take anti-estrogen precautions, it will come back.

This surgeon may be the best at what he does, but ask him yourself about my reply. I'm a physician myself. Not a surgeon, but I know what I'm talking about.

Maybe he should share his "special skills" with the rest of the surgical community. Particularly so they can be utilized in the treatment of breast cancer since all it takes is leaving behind a few cells. Then total radical mastectomy would no longer be necessary.

Good Luck.

Well im happy as hell i didn't take the advice i was given about post gyno cycle. I was told that the whole gland could be removed and i willn't have to worry about gyno again. I was debating if i should add test into my next cycle or not. Im afraid to get gyno a gain because i just spent money having it removed in april. So i willnt take anything that could give me this problem again.

I had a gyno surgery some years ago....i'm taking some dutasteride now and i have a little gyno on the place that had surgery....so yes it comes back

It's my understanding that it's possible to remove the whole gyno "glob", in most cases in teenage boys and younger men. As you age, the cells tend to spread out and intermix with fat cells, and it's harder to get the whole thing out. They cannot "liposuck" out the whole gland, but they can make a crescent shaped cut around the nipple and grab out the gland. It's still an outpatient surgery, and done while you're awake on a local anesthetic if you have the balls and want to watch. If you go the liposuction method, they have to break up the glob in a million pieces, and some of the pieces will stay in there and will re-grow.
