I'm going to be taking 2 Tsp (10g) of Super Plasma Protein on off days and 3 Tsp (15g) on Work Out days. What would be the best times to take it? On WO days I was thinking of maybe all 3 Tsp with my Post WO shake or maybe 1 Tsp Pre WO and 2 Tsp Post? Just wanted to see what the best way would be.
