I haven't done this exercise in a while and want to start incorporating it back into my routine, however the way my splits are currently set up I'm not sure which day would be most beneficial for them. Here is my splits:
Back/Rear Delts
Chest/Front & Side Delts
Off
Legs
Arms
Off
Off
I know this exercise hits all 3 heads and am a little unsure which day would be best for them. I was leaning towards Chest day and making that workout look like this:
4 sets incline bb
4 sets flat bb
2 sets weighted dips
4 sets millitary
3 sets upright bb row(right now I do side raises)
What do ya think??
