When should you have the highest concentrations of Ox (anavar) in your system?

When taking Ox (anavar), should blood concentration levels be highest in the morning, in the afternoon just before lifting, or at night while asleep?

The following is taken from The Anavar Files: FAQ and Commentary

When should ox be dosed?

There is two camps.

Camp 1: Take it all in the morning. The rationale is that your blood concentrations will 'fall off' by the time you go to bed, which will limit HPTA impact during this crucial "recentering" time for your body.

Camp 2: Spread it out evenly through the day. This will keep blood concentrations steady. Plus, don't we want that nice anabolic substance in our veins during our growth at night?

My comments: With a halflife of 9 hours, this issue is virtually meaningless. The ideas used in "camp 1" apply well when you have a substance with a 3 hour halflife (dbol), (e.g. if 30mg of dbol is taken at 9am, only about 1 miligram is left in your bloodstream by bedtime. great.) I don't think things pan out so well with a 9 hour halflife drug. If 40mg is taken at 9am, at bedtime you will have approximately 10mg or more in your bloodstream. You would have about 15 at bedtime if you took it 4 times evenly through the day. I don't think you are giving your body any dropoff at night anyway.

Conclusion: Take it whenever you want. Choose the camp you agree with and do it, things will work out.

Okay, so we can see that it doesn't matter when you take it from a half life perspective. But my main question is, when should you have the highest concentrations in your blood? If it was test, I'd guess you'd want the highest concentrations right before working out. Does Ox work the same way? Also, once ingested, does anyone know how long until it's fully incorporated into the blood stream?

I'm just wondering when the best time of day is to take 40mg Ox to get the best results.

good question, i would like to know as well. as far as concentration levels, my OPINION is that blood concentrations should be kept somewhat even throughout the day. like i said this is just my opinion, so i will bump this for some educated answers

Even splitting the dose, there will be spikes in concentration levels. Just wondering when the best time is for the spikes.
 
I have read several

abstracts that show that anavar spikes natural hgh production and helps with test utilization, so I time my last daily dose to peak at about 3 am when I am in deep sleep

Sorry, but you're gonna have to bear with me.

So what does your dosing schedule look like? 40 mg at night? 20 in the morning/20 at night? And how do you know when it "peaks"?

I guess I could just take it and not worry about anything. I guess I just want to use it correctly.
 
I am a big guy

so I am doing 60mg a day 20 at 6am 20 at 1200 and 20 at 6pm, I have lost a full 1.5 inches from my waist, have viens in quads and spider webbed arms and noticed in the traps tonight and calves and front of legs are just plain bitchin, my diet has been eat whatever I want, no cardio started at 234 and am at 223, added creatine and oh my god talk about a frigging rush..wow!!!

The only reason I am doing that much is that from past experience I need about 40% more to get the same effect.

so really if ya do 40mg cut it into 1/4's or 3rds and try my schedule

How easy is it to cut up? Does it crumble?

I may do 60mg a day as I'm on a limited time frame.
