I've been the touchy feely drunk too. Amazing what you can get away with when it's expected of you. Grab a girls tits at a party once, the next time she just expects it, and sooner or later, they all kind of expect it. Gets to a point where they feel left out if you don't grab their tits, like somethings wrong with them.

I learned this by being a horny drunk, but if you start off slow in regular group, you can damn near put your hands on any girls knockers by about the 4'th party.

Happy and horny. But mostly i think it depends on your mood going into it. If you're revved up and generally feeling good (me) then being under the influence can just exaggerate those feelings. There is a certain point at which it feels so god damn good especially the loss of inhibition and the freedom of expressing yourself in a fun way. it's good to let go like that every now and then as long as it can be controlled. i just havent done it in such a long time and dont really have any desire to either.
