When do you start Creatine?

No I've been on creatine for six months, and am going to come off when I run my upcoming cycle. Was wondering when I should jump back on
 
I'm a big fan of creatine, but I've been on it for so long that I want to take a break from it when I jump on my next cycle ... I don't necessarily think creatine enhances test, it will contribute to your gains, but its small potatoes in comparison to what test will do ... with anavar on the other hand, creatine is highly recommended

Well six months is a long time bro. I figure it would be best to have my receptors fresh during PCT so I can hold onto as much strength as possible
 
I also like to only use creatine on PCT. It's almost as if it signals your body that it's okay to have this extra muscle. Psycholigical booster for me, that's all.

why is creatine recommended w/ anavar??
 
creatine imo is a waste of money! If you want water gains bloat look then do it, otherwise is worthless! Just my opinion......

I guess it's different for everybody. Yes it does cause your muscles to retain water but isn't that a good thing when you're on a bulking cycle? I noticed I can workout just a little longer if I take 5g just before a morning workout. Maybe it's all in my head - dunno bro. Maybe a mod or one of the vets could shed some light on what it really does?
