i heard that u start getting gains on week 3 but when will i be able to feel the pump, or strength increase?

by week 4 you should feel a strength and size kick.

I put on 20 pounds in the first two weeks, mostly water even though I'm only eating 2000 calories a day at 250lbs bodyweight. I gained so much weight so fast that I was out of breath and my back hurt. That was 2 weeks ago, I'm now into week four and am at the same bodyweight but I have been eating much less (trying to lose fat). This is my first cycle so my strength has gone through the roof even though I've lost 3 inches off my waist.

RT10 20lbs in 2 weeks sounds like a lie. It take sus. about 4-5 weeks to really start working in you system. Either you were taking 200mgs/wk or you are stakcing it with dbol. I am doing 500mgs sus./wk, along with a lot of other shit, and gains did not start till the end of week 4. On week 9 right now of a 12 week cycle and currently up 15 lbs. Jacked, hard, ripped, and strenght cont. to go up.

2 weeks and that much size... I find that hard to believe. Not impossible I guess... but hard to believe.

I am at the end of my 5th week and I thought my sust was bunk because I was not seeing anything after week 4. In just the last 4 days I have started getting incredible pumps and I have now started seeing good size and strength gains. I would say, with me anyway, that the sust has kicked in late in the 5th week. I never really felt the prop at all but the late acting esters are definitely kicking now. I know something is happening because my wife mentioned that I was starting to get much bigger. I started at 230 and I am at 242 now. 8 lbs in the last week. I am grinnin' now...

It helps to frontload, you'll definitely notice an explosion on about day 24 to day 30. I say give it til about day 35, and then you'll be all smiles.
