when do I blow the whistle on a scammer?

Give it some time. I know it's frustrating - but my advice is to be patient and give your source a chance to come clean.
Of course, I always get accused of being a scammer when I post common sense. The approved reaction is, "Fuck that scammer! Post his fucking address!! I'll go to his house myself!"

well ! it happens from time to time give it a chance,one took me 4 months,yes 4 mos claimed it was sent 3 times finally after posting him as a scam...i got it......after 6 weeks shooting----fake!!!!!
it may not have been his fault other bros gotten good gains off of his stuff!
BTW it was told that was the most faked stuff out there nanadrolone decanaothe (something like that---hell its late)

You always contact a Mod before you post anything... and truthfully it's a joke when somebody posts a scammers info. People do it becasue they are angry and frustrated... but ti doesn't really do jack shit.

I would say to give him time. You have to remeber that you never know what is going on at his end.

I know EXACTLY how you feel bro, i think we have the same problem with the same source. shit he hasn't even been on in like weeks, i did a search on him and his latest thread was June 24th.
i'm getting pretty fuckin impatient with him also, i don't know how you guys do it but i don't let people just fuck me over

yea i mean i am not going to post his names and address no matter what until I CHECK WITH A MOD....it has been about 1 month...... and i found out that he got in trouble with some authority ppl and didnt find out him, i asked a bunch of vets and they told me.....i had to Emial him and tell him that i knew what happened.....i told him to come clean and admit it and i will just suck it up and find other gear,........we are not far away at all bro......i could driven there.......i dont live in south afrika any more i just moved to the states to play NCAA sports and get an education, so the distance isnt the issue.....i got his screen name for aol and i know he used to sgin on all the time. I am AOL online 24-7 and his buddy name is on alert....and i swtiched my screen names just so he couldnt block me...
