u know how u take it 4 times a day, do u use dextrose each time because taht is al ot of extra carbs or just once and with meals the other three times?
 
Most people will tell you, and I agree, that you don't need to load creatine. Thats just a marketing gimmick to sell more products. Stick with 10g/day and you'll be fine ;)

The two times to use simple (sugar) carbs is when you first wake up, and in a post-workout shake. Your blood sugar levels are low at these times and this is when the simple (sugar) carbs come into play. As for loading it's not necessary. You can go with 10grams a day in your post-workout shake.
