IMO Put together a proper diet before jumping on anything else.
my diet is pretty solid, done a lot of work on my diet over the past two years studdied everything about it. im on 3000 cals of a 50/30/20 ratio putting on about 2 lb a week. im only 5'5" tall and i always look alot smaller than everyone else so i use the ph to gain as much as i can.
