Alright,....as a few of you know, I have decided to "lean-up" a bit in preparation for a fitness test in about 2 months.

Yesterday I started 2X/day cardio (40min first thing in the morning on empty stomach, and another 30-40min in the evening)

I'm also mixing it up in the gym, (yesterday I supersetted Back/Tri's with only a "Water-break" in between sets of 50 reps)

By the time my workout was done, I could barely think straight.

Then I grabbed a RTD to drink during my cool-down and (for the first time in my life) I couldn't keep any of it down..................

It's almost time for Cardio again........................

I guess I better get used to it............

I can never understand why people do cardio twice aday while trying to lean up... Once a day and a good Nutritional program in my opinion should do the trick :)

Twice a day does the "trick" MUCH better than once a day, (for me).......
