I cant remember how its worded but 5 yards from the lake is supposed to be part of the lake but no one ever uses it. There's only 4 houses built on it now and only if you border the lake do you have rights to it. Its really just a big ass private pond but everyone calls it a lake.

My side yard has a pretty good view of our hoarder neighbors backyard, which consists of piles of CRT monitors, vacuum cleaners, mattresses, weed whackers and various other pieces of garbage, all neatly sorted into piles and covered with tarps. I also have a view of their clothesline, their makeshift chicken coupe, and the refrigerator they keep on the side porch(which I believe isn't a spare, but their main fridge).

it is a full 25 meter pool - I think it is about 60,000 gallons. Evaporating as we speak - hence the water bill issue.
