damn it, this shit is hard(and tedious).
i'm so spoiled from working outta the house. before then i had a custom delivery meal service (all clean, bodybuilding food), so i'd only have to cook like once a week, and that food i'd only eat when i was home (i.e. morning, after work).
my new office has a tiny ass fridge. kind of annoying..... maybe i should buy my own mini fridge to keep in there?
if it was big i'd just cook chicken/beef, rice etc on sunday and leave it in there for most the week.
i'm thinking of buying extra cottage cheese, WW bread, natty pb, and already cooked shrimp just to keep in the office at all times
