whats your system for eating clean at work/on the road?

damn it, this shit is hard(and tedious).

i'm so spoiled from working outta the house. before then i had a custom delivery meal service (all clean, bodybuilding food), so i'd only have to cook like once a week, and that food i'd only eat when i was home (i.e. morning, after work).

my new office has a tiny ass fridge. kind of annoying..... maybe i should buy my own mini fridge to keep in there?

if it was big i'd just cook chicken/beef, rice etc on sunday and leave it in there for most the week.

i'm thinking of buying extra cottage cheese, WW bread, natty pb, and already cooked shrimp just to keep in the office at all times
 
Sounds like a simple fix to me. You sound like you make decent money, if you can afford to have somebody deliver clean bodybuilding food to you and you use to only have to cook once week. Yes ,you are spoiled but hey, If I had the $$ I'd do it too. Go buy a mid size fridge, not the tiny ones that college kids use, but the one that is like 3' high. Then, go buy a microwave and put it on top of the fridge. Now, learn to cook. Bake 5-6 lbs of chicken breasts at a time, 5-6 sweet potato's at a time, that'll get you through 2-3 days. Keep oatmeal there, tuna, a can opener, bottled waters, etc. But if you think your going to look fantastic and eat out all the time your wrong dude. You need to get the motivation to cook, plan, carry it with you. I'm sure Ronnie Coleman did not like eating out of a cooler everyday in his hot squad car, but hey, you do what it takes right? Nobody said this was easy
 
I cook big on Sundays, package up food for about 2-3 days, freeze some of the leftovers.

I also use this thing called a cool-box, I have them in several sizes and colours so they match all my outfits. :)

You have been spoiled.

Home delivery of BBing foods? Do they tailor it to your specific calorie requirements or is it just whatever?
