1-4 500mg test
5-12 400mg tren
13-20 winny 50mg
(actually the test will be run throughout same dosing, i wrote that wrong..
I'll also be doing 2400 cals on non training days 3400 on workout days 4 days per week
cardio is not considered a workout day.. low intensity long duration
diet eating style will be paleo with concentration of wild salmon and wild grass fed beef..
should be a good time.
