Did a cutter that ended around 9/22 and I was hitting cardio 1st thing in the AM, and training 1 BP a day alllll super-setting. I had a part time w/o partner that was cutting, too....
Before that (and next cycle) with a bulker I'll probably go back to an old school heavy/low rep routine. With all the basics; bench, deads, squats, etc. I had a different w/o partner during that bulking phase who was looking to add mass as well....
