Whats your split like during a cycle?

Did a cutter that ended around 9/22 and I was hitting cardio 1st thing in the AM, and training 1 BP a day alllll super-setting. I had a part time w/o partner that was cutting, too....


Before that (and next cycle) with a bulker I'll probably go back to an old school heavy/low rep routine. With all the basics; bench, deads, squats, etc. I had a different w/o partner during that bulking phase who was looking to add mass as well....
 
Hit weights 5 days a week for both, alot higher volume, more compund based and heavier weights for bulking with one cardio session a week. Usually 4-5 exercises per bodypart, cutting more isolation and 3-5 cardio.
