What's your resting heart rate?

i've measured under 45 bpm numerous times with a heart rate monitor. the lowest i've measured was 41 after 10 minutes of resting. but it's always under 50.

Just under 40 when i first wake up. I'm guessing that being a skinny little distance runner in college a few years back has a lot to do with that.

Resting Pulse Rate

I would say my resting pulse rate is in the region of about 65-70, but this is very rare lol as being self-employed it is usually around 105. Im starting some cardio shortly so once I get some cardio vascular improvements I guess my resting pulse rate will improve.
