All I have to say is I hate my fuckin biceps and cant make the mind/body connection to them, i think its because my elbow pain blocks out the signal..eveyrthing else though blows up pretty good..


BICPES ARE THE HARDEST!!!!!
 
My Arms, never had a problem with chest, back or delts. My tris aren't as bad as my Bis. I can't say that I've tried everything, though.
 
My calves are super strong...750lbs on standing calf for 10 blasting reps.Size-wise...they suck!! Ronnie's nuts blows them them away!
 
I have to say my arms are the hardest. I have not gained ONE inch in my arms (I gained .11 inchs actually! :D) after one year. My chest grows incredibly fast - I have a 37.5 chest now, thats 2.5 inches larger than my stomach so it looks like I suck in my gut all the time. My stomach is hard to gain in as well - I can do the fastest and most pull ups in my school but the damn thing just won't pop out! Maybe I have too much fat and it just doesn't show.

So I'd have to say arms and stomach are hardest for me.
 
I have 27" quads with 14" calves under them so it would have to be calves. Sounds like there are a lot of people with calf problems. My calves seem to quickly addapt to any new training methods and stop growing. Oh well, calves aren't too important to a powerlifter.

my arms
my shoulders
my legs

just kiddin, my shoulders probably are the hardest for me, i just cant get them to look the way i want em to. theres plenty of muscle there, but i cant get em capped.
