S solidspine New member Jun 1, 2002 #20 Smith preacher bench for nonstop curls, after I do my preacher bench curls with an ez bar, then I do not stop curls on that machine, my biceps are ready to pop. the thing is a killer, 95% of the machines I have tired are worth less.
