Whats up with all you bros claming your pants are falling off. Sounds like you need to hit the squat rack.lol My waist is 33'' but I wear 34-36 in jeans otherwise they are to tight on my ass. 241lbs. 5'10'' tall. I can't beleive how small everybodys waist is on here. Mine is 33 and I everybody seems to think I have a small waist.

32ish at 215 6.1 feet tall. Depends on how wide your shoulders to make your waist look more tapered...

Mine is around 34 right now 6'4 and at 245-250, i am holding a bit of water right now, i want to get it down to at least 32, we will see what its like once I lose this water in a couples wks, if need be I may get some yohimburn and see how that helps, i am determined to get a nice tight six pack, and preety much keep it from now on.

my actual waist is around 32-33, but i wear 34 dress pants 36 jeans but i wear my pants down on my hips probably a good 4 inches below my belly button, not sagging just ay hips
