Well my waist is 30 1/4 last night and I'm on now but just in my 3 rd week and its usually in the high 20 s. I am 5'6 213 lbs and I WAS one of these guys that had the unusual small waists it has been down to 25 1/4 at 187 lbs in the past but i have had one little babe tell me that they couldnt date a guy that had a smaller waist than herself so i always would wear the big baggy shirts to hide myself because it was out of the ordinary. I had this training partner that would put my belt around his head and put his thumb in it and that was the size of my waist he would make people laugh ,and i couldnt find any clothes but hey them days are over thanks to doing several cycles now i'm bloated just like all the rest of you

This is a stupid question, but what exactly is the waist? Is it different for males and females?

I always thought it was right under the "stomach," but someone was telling me it was aboev the belly button the other day.

What exactly is the waist? A male waist is the same as a female waist but not quite the same as you... a total waste!

I've got a block waist right now, since I eat a lot and train heavy. I am 5' 10" almost 200lbs, yet my waist is ranges between 34-35. My stomach is not fat, as you can see significant muscle definition. It is volumized for now. Genetically, my obliques will grow really thick when I perform deads.
