Doubt its going to be back up any time soon. The mods walked out on it and some scammer owns it.

It's all very suspect if you ask me. Word has it that the Feds have infiltrated it.
There was a lot of threads on the subject of feds crawling all over Triedia, like vets and mods actually being feds, before the board went down. Somebody was sending out emails on the subject to several of the members as well. I think RD probably walked away from it being that it was in shambles and the other mods followed.. TXLonghorn, who is a mod over here maybe can answer this question better. I put up a post in the conversation thread "What is going on with Triedia?" I remember I got one reply, went to check it and the board had been put to sleep..

Hogg was not the owner... RD was..... Once hogg stepped down as the Admin us Mods followed him....there was talk of RD coming back to the board and none of us wanted to be associated with him.. Hogg was suppossed to buy the board and be the legal owner but he got dicked over by RD...so he left...along with most of us....

This is really a shame...triedia was the perfect alternative to EF.
Between both boards you could guarantee both volume and quality responses to a myraid of questions. The mods over on triedia were a very helpful bunch who always would respond to any question, no matter how lame. The FAQ resource over there was a goldmine. I only wish I copied more of the info before the site went down.
Hope it's not gone for good...

Wow, I leave for a couple days, and THIS happens! I hope triedia comes back too, but if it does I hardly doubt it will have open source posting, which is a good thing.
