I would mess around with v-12 or satur8, both good creatine blends. I tried my first pro-hormone when I was 18 (mag 10), gained 10lbs but lost it within a few weeks.
Honestly I wouldn't mess with pro-hormones or gear, just stick with creatine, protein powder, efa's, and a multi-v. Once you learn how your body responds to PROPER diet and training, then you can start thinking more about the powerful stuff. But trust me, you don't want to waste your money on that stuff now, you've still got a handful of years to grow.

These guys are right. Try using a lot of creatine loading. Also, make sure you start drinking at least a half gallon to a gallon of water in the gym every workout. You wouldn't believe the pumps and fullness you will get once you start downing water. Remembering, since your body is almost more than a good half water. This along with at least 3-5/6 meals a day should get you to where you want to be right now.
