Whats the point?

Im against fruits & veggies in cut mode lol...

that belief can end up really hurting you.. fruits and veggies have essential vitamins and minerals that we need.

Just like you think eggs are the best form of protein...

fruits/veggies are the best source of vitamins/minerals...

fruit I can understand. but veggies won't effect your cut at all bro and they have a lot of vits/minerals.

you also could use the vitamin C from the fruit to help combat cortisol after workouts.

you could eat a sweet potato before your workout and then a piece of high vitamin C fruit after. and keep the rest of your diet as is.. just a suggestion, I think your diet is solid overall and better than most (besides the salt from the soy sauce of course) there are some good bbq sauces sold in the health food sections of stores, that have very low salt contents. i'm not a fan of soy at all, there are some theories that i've read that soy increases estrogen, which is why those guys that eat sushi and most asians are so scrawny.
 
If tren is what works for you then so be it use it. Tren is highly androgenic and anabolic, it also has a higher risk for side effects, their are safer steroids like parabolan, or anavar. If anavar is ran at a high enough dose it can yeild the same effects that trenbolone does with less side effects. Also trenbolone is very hard on your hpta and can make it harder for one to recover properly when they come off of cycle and go into PCT. Trenbolone is a very good anabolic. Just be careful when using it.

Parabolan eh? Isn't that Tren Hex?...lol :evil:

Anavar is good stuff and I agree in some ways that Anavar at 100mg is a light version of tren ace. But Tren still kicks its ass. Maybe not considering the sides though.

running tren ace and running the correct ancillaries you can recover from it atleast in my 2 experiences running it.. i have a tren log up with bloods taken after that show how fast i was able to recover from it using a PCT protocol i came up with. its in my signature. and the tren log is up somewhere you will have to do a search.

the key is keeping it at 6 weeks only. running it 15 or 20 weeks and good luck recovering.
 
I figure ill post my diet here with my Tren thread, curious if im going to get flamed for not living off of a high sugar diet like many:
Meal 1: 6 raw eggs, 2scoops whey 1C Cream
Meal 2: 8 oz Ahi tuna & soy sauce
Meal 3: 2 chickenbreasts 2 slices tomato
Meal 4: 8 oz ahi tuna & soy sauce
Meal 5: 6 raw eggs, 2 scoops whey 1C cream
3210 Calories
15G Carbs
399G Protein
170 G Fat
Add in some veggies just for the health and fiber, plus a little extra cals. Soy sauce will bloat you up even though it's tasty. You ever try Tilapia? It is really good for you and tastes pretty nicely. My woman makes it for me with a little bit of sprinkled whole wheat breadcrumb. Probably not the greatestttt for cutting but hey if you are on Tren it should get the job done unless you are competing. Definitely better than soy sauce.

I still haven't tried raw eggs in a shake yet! I was always scared it would taste horrible. Lots of people recommend using Egg Whites from the carton. The thought of it grosses me out but I think I might have to try it. Maybe with some chocolate whey and a banana it won't taste so bad?
 
Try the raw egg thing trust me, it tastes great its easily digested and very good for you. You probably wont go back to your old ways after a few, look up some recipes online theres a ton out there. Its awesome for both cutting & bulking. My bulk shake is:
6 Eggs, 1C cream, 2 scoops whey, 1 banana, 2 TBS Peanut Butter, stevia. Its about as close to drinking Ice creamas it gets, badass shit right there.
 
I eat veggies, lots 9 months out of the year, but while cutting I go zero carb or as close as I can, Vince Gironda style, fat literally disappears no bullshit, to each his own...
 
I hate fruit ..I NEVER eat it

dig deep,dig hard.whatever drives you to workout hold on to it with everything you got.keep the fire burning
