I take it that you've never ran a tren acetate and test prop cycle that calls for everyday injections.if you gave yourself constant injections in your ass you would have one helluva a lot of scar tissue and most likely a few abscess in the process and that WOULD BE WEIRD AND FUCKED UP BRO.LOL
site rotation is the safest way to run an everyday inject cycle
to do triceps I don't reach around at all.I just bend my arm like I'm flexing my bicep and hit the tricep on the underside.it's one of the easiest muscles I've yet to find.
I've tried calves with 1ml,it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be...a cake walk compared to biceps that's for sure.something to remember tho is to work the muscle group you inject into that's always helped me a lot.
I love triceps,to me it's as painless as a delt injection
traps, glutes and quads are great too.
biceps not so much I only tried that once and it hurt bad as hell
have yet to try pec and lat
I mainly used tri's for winny injects pre contest with a slin. One cc was the max I ever tired. I hated my first couple of bi injects, but I switched to 5/8 inch needles and "twisted / screwed" it in and I actully got used to them. Lat injects are painless and easy. Quads, I have trouble with.
For tri and bi injections I always stuck to .5 cc with a slin pin. I've tried 1 cc in both before and it hurt like hell, particularly biceps, and made training them the next day impossible.
I've been using 23gauge one inch for triceps and doing 2ml with good results.I agree with biceps injections I've only done them once and there is no way in hell I could even think about working them at all.

2 inches is pretty long to stick in your quad bro,I would take it only half way in and no more just to be safe.if you can keep it steady it'll be fine.........I've ran into the same problem in the past
