I love triceps,to me it's as painless as a delt injection
traps,glutes and quads are great too.
biceps not so much I only tried that once and it hurt bad as hell
have yet to try pec and lat
2ml is my max.
tri's im pretty sure a good 2mL's imo... ive only done 1 myself though...
dont try the traps... baaaaad headaches...
why lol i use glutes quads and on a big cycle delts i am a pussy thats as far as i go lol
why the hell pin triceps and biceps, traps n chest.. just plain weird imo
chest and delts are the easiest for guys who have wide shoulders.
no way can i reach around and get in my tricep without help
I'm a quads fan personally. You've got big kohonas pinning in tri's.
Calves is also an option, would never even consider that myself though. Would love for someone to try it out?

For tri and bi injections I always stuck to .5 cc with a slin pin. I've tried 1 cc in both before and it hurt like hell, particularly biceps, and made training them the next day impossible.
Just run out of 23g 1.25 inch.
Only got 21g 2" left... That's be ok to shoot in quads?
2 inches is pretty long to stick in your quad bro,I would take it only half way in and no more just to be safe.if you can keep it steady it'll be fine.........I've ran into the same problem in the past
