i toook off a whole year because i was so broke i had to choose between finishing school or paying for the gym and food and supplements. i lost 20 lbs and felt like a little bitch...it sucked but after a few months and a cycle i got all my muscle back.
I usually take a week off after a cycle. Others have told me this is good too. But in general when youre feeling burnt out.........A week or two away from the gym may do you good......Just stay active.......play basketball, tennis, volleyball, swim etc
