What's The Cheapest Source For Ala On The Planet?

I need to buy some.

Best I've found was posted by another board member here. Nutriteam.com has 300mg caps, 180/bottle, for <$30. At 900mg/day, that's a month's supply. Click on shopping cart at the bottom, and go from there.

COOL! I have one problem, i don't have a credit card. Will i be able to order with a money order?

Huh?

Why not just call or e-mail and ask THEM?

Most anyplace will take money order or even personal check if you don't mind waiting for your check to clear before they ship.

A cost question....

As I understand it, if you use racemix ALA, you have to take twice as much for the same result (more or less).

Okay, that would indicate 200mg of racemix is roughly equivalent to taking only 100mg of rALA.

Well, 100 capsules of 100mg rALA is $19.95

Likewise, 60 capsules of 200mg ALA is $9.95 -- math comes out to $16.59 for 100.

Not much of a savings.

Only the 50g of powder (50,000mg or 250 200mg doses) for $15 is a big savings.

Anyone want to comment on how the powder is to ingest--especially throughout the day when you're on the move?

It seems like you pay $20 for r-ALA and use less but get better quality or pay $7.50 for an equivalent amount of ALA in powder but deal with the muss, fuss, and extra side effects just to save some money.

Or pay $28 for 180 300mg capsules, so, we'll cut it in half since you're saying R-ALA is twice as good, $28 for 180 150mg caps. So, for $8 you get 80 more caps at 50mg more? Check out nutriteam.com bro.

I drink protein shakes throughout the day and so just throw some in using the little scoop that comes with the powder . The taste it leaves momentarily in the back of your throat takes some getting used to, but now I hardly notice it.
