I used the phosphagain and was impressed (except for the price) but u pay extra for the flovouring etc...

Ive heard its better to get a cheaper creatine and then get some dextrose for a brewers shop or something...

Just what ive heard... i shal prob do this next time cus £39.99 a pop of phospagen is a tad high.

IF you get the unflavored creatine, which is better anyway, you don't pay that much at all.. I got 1400 g of EAS phosphagen for 24 bucks... Good deal!!!
