Yay for FRIDAY!!!
On the more mundane aspects of life, I'm trying a variation of my diet since yesterday (moving all my daily carbs pre and post workout, to see if it has an impact on strenght) and this shit is backfiring in my face big time... I will give it a week, but eating 0 carbs until 7:00 pm is taking a toll on my sanity...besides I did not notice any significant strenght change (maybe all wishful thinking)
