Vitamin C 250mg
Vitamin E 100 IU
Magnesium 225mg
Zinc 15mg
Micro-Lactin 2000mg
This stuff dramatically reduces DOMS. You take four capsules in the morning and four before bed. I swear by it.
I'd make sure you are making sure your potassium levels are fine. Low potassium levels will prolong soreness. Also, BCAAs are a godsend for me since I'm lactose intolerant and can't consume whey or anything dairy based/high in sodium (which basically means vegetarian protein powders). It can cut DOMS by about 2/3rds from what I'm finding.
The bros responding to you before my comments all have great ideas. Here was my 2 cents.
i know last year there was a point where i took 5g glutamine with every meal and a BCAA tab. i felt my recovery time was much quicker then normal. i honestly dont believe u can have too much of aminos.

I found a post work-out drink called "Recover" made by Power Lab Nutrition to be a good one. It tastes good and doesn't have as much sugar as most. It new, but it rocks!
