Ok, this has been working for me anyways.......and I am eating less than 100carbs a day. Not sure what exactly is working so Ill list some variables.
1-2 EFA blend Caps (ALA,LA,OA,EPA,DHA,GLA) with each meal
1 Saw Palmetto extract 160mg(standardized to 95% fatty acids) with each meal
Eating a 8-10oz Steak every evening
Tons of Deep Squats and Core body excercises
Post workout protein 2 seconds after my last rep
Cottage Right before I go to sleep, If I wake hungry, I eat.
No Aspirin, painkillers, anti inflammatorys, or anything like that.
1-3 cups Green Tea daily and Almonds
I havent had a chance to tan my sack really, but I hear that helps!
I was told DHT tends to bind in the nipple area and that saw palmetto helps to alleviate this. Obviously efa's are key. I remember somthing about aspirin and T levels but cant recall exactly so I cut that. Core Body excercises also seem to have helped. I try to eat every 2hrs or so and never be hungry.
