Whats for Lunch Today?

I made an awesome little rice mix last night. Started with some sirloin cut up. Pan fried it in EVOO, then added onions, green peppers, sarino pepper, a little garlic, and some green beans. A little teriaki sauce and a dash of low sodium soy. then added brown rice. It was awesome! Hopefully it will be again today. I also have an orange and of course H20.

No bone yet. Gonna talk about it first I guess. We are going out with Lil Chrissy and Ann this weekend and then to a super bowl party. I got a call from My step son's dad Wed. He wants to get together and talk about what a fuck stick Wifey's new man is and how Z totally hates him.
 
Breakfast = Potatoes (we called em tater tots in elementary school), 1 Omellete with Cheese, 1/2 a plate of scrambled eggs, 4 sausage links. Diet coke. right on

I guess with Z you don't have any specific rights... I know we talked breifly about that, but I can't remember if you said you were going to still see him or not.

As far as that goes... I guess it's pretty common knowledge about the her new boy then... what horse shit... she pulled all that and was blaming you, but in reality she was the one that was cheating.

Yeah he has 4 kids, no job, divorced, lives at home with his Mom, only source of income is some shitty rock band that he plays with every other weekend. Z freakin hates him and is totally rebeling against his Mom. I was asking z's dad if he hated me and he said "hell no he wants to hang out with you and wishes you guys would have worked it out" so her story to me about him is either BS or has changed on his end.
 
I haven't really felt like eating much of nothing lately, I ate a chicken sandwich on wheat yesterday for lunch and haven't eatten since.....:worried: Some people eat when stressed....I don't. I know this is horrible for me, but think I would throw it right back up.

yep, I am like you, hence why I lose a ton of weight when something bad happens.....

Today I ate 12 grain w/ pb and cherry jam (yep it sucks but that is all I had in my work fridge)
 
salad. . .lettuce, spinach, tomato, onions, cucumbers, hot peppers, ham, turkey and a can of chicken, cheese and italian dressing. . .washed down with a diet dr. pepper. . .high protien, moderate fat, low-carb. . .this is how i roll. . .
 
i wanna go again

for lunch I am having the same salad I've already had about 60-70 other times this *school* year: lettuce, some olives, some shrooms, a bit of cheese, and low fat ranch.

top that off with the same entree i've had about 20 other times (still relatively new!): 2 chicken burgers with only 1 patty. put ketchup on one side of the patty and flip it upside down.

and apparently the gourmet chefs here have a new invention called vegetarian mushroom quesadilla. I'll have a bite of that and throw the rest away.

can hardly wait
 
I don't really have lunch - more like Meal 2 and Meal 3.....

M2: Low Carb high fiber tortilla + chicken/1 tblsp FF mayo/peppers & lettuce

M3: 3 oz pork loin, green beans + chile paste
