I made an awesome little rice mix last night. Started with some sirloin cut up. Pan fried it in EVOO, then added onions, green peppers, sarino pepper, a little garlic, and some green beans. A little teriaki sauce and a dash of low sodium soy. then added brown rice. It was awesome! Hopefully it will be again today. I also have an orange and of course H20.

Some people eat when stressed....I don't. I know this is horrible for me, but think I would throw it right back up.
