Whats causing this?

I have had the same clean diet now for quite a while, drink tons of water, and get lots of rest, but recently I have been getting very light headed while lifting. I get the starts during lifts and dizzy after. Im not lifitng any differently or heavier, and I havent added any supps besides Sesamax, which I love by the way. Any thoughts on why this is happening? Thanks
 
It's most likely low blood sugar. I always feel like I'm going to die after my evening cardio session. What are you eating before you train?
