Whats a good price range

looking to buy soon here.....thanks

i know its in the wrong thread topic but i think i might get more responce here and a little faster input....thanks in advance

Hey thanks for the input. Does anyone else out there have good things to say about creatine? I hear great things in the mags, but want to hear from some real peeps....thanks

you're in the 'we don't really workout' section

Hey thanks patsfan...good article. Does taking the creatine make you feel any different ie side effects.........

Well it is different for everyone. But in my experience, I equate creatine's effects to this.

Say for instance you do incline dumbell presses with 95lb. dumbells. You can get 8 reps.

Reps 6,7 and 8 are all shaky and require a spotter,, they are nearly impossible to get.

Supplementing with creatine (for me) allows me to feel more stable, and stronger. I can get those dumbells for 8 reps with no problem.

Make sense?

There are no side effects to creatine supplementation that I know about, you do need to keep hydrated, drink upwards of 1 gallon of water per day.

If you do not drink enough while on creatine you will get some not-so-fun cramps.
