Diet looks pretty good - although a little light on Fats and Fiber. When you have Veggies - really load up on them! They are great sources of fiber, vitamins and good carbs.
Does your Breakfast last you a long time? I only say that because it doesn't seem like it would be enough calories - if you find you are starving to quickly, add a carb (CoW, Oatmeal, etc). Same with Lunch - might want to add some Fat to Lunch - say, almonds?
Go light on the breadcrumbs at dinner - bread isn't the best carb to have late in the day if you are trying to lose fat.
Some people find it is hard to cut while taking in Dairy (cheese) products. You might want to limit that amount. Plus, the no fat cheese is quite processed. Sometimes it is better to use full-fat products, only less at a time. Fat isn't bad - it is necessary.
