this will be third.
-first included 75mg tren and test susp.ED 8wk. along w/ ldex ED, and Lclomid afterwards. started at 200, got to about 220. few weeks after i ended up around 205-210, but considerably leaner.
-second was close, 100mg tren, test susp. ED but only 4wks, also Dbol first 2wk. and alternated ECA and spiros throughout and after. also Ldex ED, along w/ nolva. and clomid after
this was mainly to lean up a bit,which i did. still around 205-210 mass though, cardio has been high lately.
-ok, now for next cylce, going for mass this time. i wanna use up the last of this test susp. i dont think its close to dosage it should be.
gonna stick w/ tren again but keep it at 75mg/ED last 6wks.
test. 75mgs/ED 8-10wks.
and russian dbols at prolly 40mgs/ED for first 4wks.
not going to use ldex or nolva ED this time, only if the need arises. and will have clomid, hcg, and proviron this time also.
supps:
-multi vit-min. (of course)
-whey protein (mornings)
-protein blend (before bed)
-maybe some ProLab N'Large after workouts
-maybe creatine to (havent used it in yrs now)
-milk thiste
-cran extract
-and maybe either tylers or ALA for extra liver protection
