Grilling season is upon us (for those that live on the land of four seasons) and my yohnson is at full attention cause of it.

So far I have slapped a few of my patented burgers on the grill (with a layer of pepperoni under a layer of melted provolone) and some steaks / hot dogs. Did a Margh. Pizza on the grill last week for the first time ever. Turned out REALLY good, just maybe need to throw a sheet under or something cause the bottom got charred up pretty quickly.

Today I am going to grill up some swordfish steaks, marinated in this insane Spanish marinade I bought from some corner Spanglish store. Serving it with some black beans and rice and some jalapeno salsa. :qt:

That, right there, sounds like heaven. I've done chicken, steak & chops, so far. Since good BBQing season is so short, hereabouts, & I'm ADD to the nth degree, I have a preseason each year.

rib eyes
pork lions
corn on the cizzzob
and my own patented burgers...ground beef patties w/diced onions and lowry's seasoning salt, topped with pepperjack and a light layer of bbq sauce

no, I was actually going to take some. Are you looking for something in particular? It was so damn easy to make and very inexpensive.

What's this marinade you are using?

For today? Some random marinade. I don't even think it has a name....let me check. "Mojo Criollo"

They could use it to replace smelling salts

How could I have never thought of this? That sounds so damn good.

I have at least 3 big grill parties at my house each year. Many people show up and have a blast.

Too bad none of you are invited.

I just went out and bought a grill yesterday, thing was a bitch to put together.

I was wondering how well that would work grilling a pizza, I gotta try that...

i use my grill year-round. . .probably an average of 3 times per week. . .during the winter, it wouldn't be unusual to drive by my house and see me standing out front with snow swirling around me, in a hoodie, shorts and pac boots, with a beer in my hand, cooking some ribeye's on the grill. . .i like grilled food. . .and i'm a little weird. . .

I have some ribeyes in the fridge with a roasted garlic and chipolte rub all over them bitchez. Sweet potato fries and garlic spinach to go with them.

so far salmon and ribeyes.....yummy

I had bought a 500.00 gas grill with the rotiseree (sp?) thingy and side burner and very seldom used it..just not the same as my 60.00 grill...lol
I ended up putting it at end of driveway and it was gone by that night....it was just so big and bulky as well. :whatever:
