Grilling season is upon us (for those that live on the land of four seasons) and my yohnson is at full attention cause of it.
So far I have slapped a few of my patented burgers on the grill (with a layer of pepperoni under a layer of melted provolone) and some steaks / hot dogs. Did a Margh. Pizza on the grill last week for the first time ever. Turned out REALLY good, just maybe need to throw a sheet under or something cause the bottom got charred up pretty quickly.
Today I am going to grill up some swordfish steaks, marinated in this insane Spanish marinade I bought from some corner Spanglish store. Serving it with some black beans and rice and some jalapeno salsa.
