What y'all think? 1st Cycle

I've been training about 5 years naturally; aside from one PH. I'm 20, 6'0, 205 8% BF, very active & great diet (no alcohol). I have done a lot of research & I'm set on taking a cycle but want some advice/ have questions. (NO dad advice please)
(Side Notes)- This will probably be my only cycle; and if I do another one it will be a LONG time before my next one.

Goals= 230 7%BF, Speed/agility, Crazy strength

Week (1-4) Dbol 10mg
9a.m./2p.m./7p.m.

Week (1-10) Test Enanthate 250mg
Monday & Thursday

Week (8-12) Proviron 50mg/D

(PCT)
Week 12 Nolva 20mg 2 times a day
Week 13-15 Nolva 20mg a day
Week 16-20 Tribulus

Questions?
1) I know it generally takes Test Enanthate 3 months to get out of system, but I could get tested and need it out in about 2. Since i'm so active will that help? Anything I can take/do to speed that up?
2) Will this cycle boost speed? I will be doing speed training during this cycle.
3) Should I take milk thistle? How much? How long?
4) Whats a good injection routine? Where? When? How often?
5) I have a bad phobia of needles... Any advice on this? Its seriously bad!
6) How do I prevent my nuts from shrinking!?
