What would your ideal size/weight be?

I'm 5'9" and my ideal bodyweight shredded would be 220, w/ 20-21" biceps, 28" quads, and a 52-54" chest. Yeah, that'd be pretty sweet. I think I might get there this year, then if I could maintain those stats and work solely on density, maturity, conditioning, I'd be satisfied. Watch, I'll get there and be thinking of a new ideal look.
 
you mofos are thinking too big and not considering the big picture.
I would like to be 6'2" 225
but Im actually 5'10" 190
would like to be 200 with lower BF, maybe 7-8%

Hopefully it'll be my big ass in the big picture, hahaha
 
124 with a 24 inch waist and 6% bf that is competition time off season to be honest happy to be around 12-14%
 
i am 5'10" and 205 as of this morning. Short term I would like to be the same weight just 7% bf instead of 16% bf. Eventually a ripped 240 would look good for my frame. It is hard to really fill out these long ass arms and legs though.
 
Haha i was really going to say 135. I want to be so ripped you can see my pancreas secrete insulin!!!

Im 5'9 and i would love to be 205-210 with ripped abs and be 9%BF im 180 @ 11.4%BF right now but ive yet to do a cycle so i shall see how it goes. Shit i think 195 wouldnt be to bad either lol.
 
i'm 5'9... i would like to be RIPPED at 185. then when i saw that actually looked like id probly want 20 more lbs

6'2" 220 now. Going to keep eating and lifting till I can't get any bigger. Ideally, I will get to 280 - 300, maintain that for a few years, then slim down to 250-260 around 8% and keep that as long as possible. I want to be walking around at a nice lean 250-260 when I'm in my 50's and 60's. I'm 35 now.
 
I'm happy at 185. I'd like to be a little leaner, but to lazy to work for it. I'd like to be a bit heavier, but I've seen what happened to those in my family (bad heart genes) who did get heavier (both muscle and fat) and it scares me. So, I'm pretty happy where I am. Now, if I could get stronger...
 
I'm 6'3, 230ish ripped would be about right. Damn long muscles.

Unfortunately, every time I hit 230 I have to cut down to 205 to get them abs :(

I wanna be back to around 115(i'm short so it's plenty of weight). Had a baby 7 weeks ago and am stalled at 128-130. My goal is 120 by april. I can do it.
 
See, I always dreamed of walking around at 250-260 at 5'9" ripped. But let me tell you what, I'm almost 260 now(actually 256 as of this morning) and fuck this!! I'm making some good gains but God damn is it hard to bend over or breathe. You walk 50' and your winded. So I got thinking about my heart. It's gotta be under mad stress, even lean at this weight it would take a toll. 220 I could handle and still feel mobile/good.
 
5'11" 190lb at 8% BF. I go more for the lean look. Currently 185 at around 12%. Hopefully Tren and a super clean diet will get me there.
 
At 6' I would be happy right now at 215-225 no more than 10%. I look good at that weight and it is not unrealistic to maintain.

I have been almost 240 at this height and it is uncomfortable and unrealistic.

I'm 6'6". Presently 300 off cycle. The biggest I've ever been was 338.
My dream goal was 400.
Right now I don't know which direction to head. Maintain so I can compete in the USPF/WPF at 308. Or lose enough bulk so my ankles stop hurting.
 
I'm 5'10", I'd like to be over 300 lbs @ no more than 15%.

Too bad I don't have the frame for it. But that's what I'd like.

Lol. Actually, I wish. I never made it to 5'2. I'm about a quarter-inch under 5'2. When ppl ask my height I say 5'2 because I like to round up. :rolleyes:

I always wanted to be tall with long legs. Hell, I would have been happy at 5'5 or 5'6.

So, hit 260, stay there for 6 months, then cut and you'll be 230 ripped.

It's a huge difference, because you can tack on 5-10 lbs of weight for every 1" of additional height. Therefore I could prolly carry this at 6'2" and be comfortbale

i'd add 10-15lbs and be cut



as it is i'm at a low BF, and happy with my body, but in a perfect world that'd be the case. no more than 15lbs though, because even if cut it wouldn't be aesthetic. i have no desire to resemble a mr. o competitor.
 
In an ideal world where I wouldn't have to maintain a huge drug regime, I'd love to be around 260 at 5'11" and in good cardio shape -- whether that's 15% or 7%, I wouldn't really care, just able to do an easy 8 minute mile with no problem.

In the real world, however, probably a lean 220. The older I've gotten, the more I realize the importance of good cardio health, so I would rather sacrifice some size in order to be able to go up a half-dozen flights of stairs without gasping for breath. It must suck to be Greg Kovacs. There totally exists this healthy middle ground, and he's proof that size isn't the be-all and end-all.
