So I have this client who likes to call and complain all of the time about how she is losing money in her IRA. On the rare occasion other clients will complain which I can usually resolve the issue within a few minutes.
This one client (we'll call her client X) just likes to bitch, complain and yell. Personally I just think she is miserable. I have been dealing with this for 4 years now and I finally just told her "I obviously can't service your account the way you would like so please take your business to someone who can provide you with better service". I just fuc$ing had it.
I have bent over backwards for this client, numerous times. As I will for any client but this was getting out of hand.
What would you have done in this situation? I know you can't please everyone all of the time but this was just painful to deal with. The good part is the account was fairly small and I don't have to deal with it anymore.
