What would you get used BMW M5 or a Brand New Lexus IS250 AWD loaded?

The M5 all the way. Servicing it will be a little pricey, but there are plenty of BMW shops that come in way under the dealer. A friend of mine had one of those, he traded it in toward the new model. He said he preferred it over the new one because of the way it drove and sounded. Great cars.

one more thing....friend of mine used to work in the service department of the local arrogant, asshole bmw dealer here in nawlinz.

i mentioned that i liked the looks of the new bmw entry level coupe, but would have to buy one used as i couldn't swing the new purchase price.

he looked at me for a long time and finally said "a USED bmw"? he then shook his head slightly and changed the topic of our converstion.

i took that as a warning..........

Not here, I love my Lexus. In fact, I doubt I'll ever own anything else ever again. I've been eyeballing a second Lexus, the LS series. Only problem I am having is I think the LS400s look twice as nice as the LS430.
