Ok so I got my last pay today from old my former employer things is they over paid me for vacation pay. I had already been paid out on vacation well I was there. I got an email from Director of opps adking me to send a cheque for $xxx back. Ok so I am pretty honest and probably will send what is not mine back how ever there is this little part of me that is screaming NEW SHOES LOL

If you don't send it back they can potentially sue you for theft. If they can prove they made a mistake and show what you were supposed to be paid, it would really fuck your shit up.

i've given the money back everytime, then i kept it once, and i liked the feeling of giving it back a lot better. i gave her a $50 for my items, which cost about $46 she gave me a $20 a $10 and a few ones and some change i should give it back, even though it was about 3 months ago

My wife was given checks from a company she worked for partime. They gave her Fulltime paychecks every few weeks after she stopped working for them for months. They were HUGE checks, she got about 3 of them and we called to tell them EVERY time it happened. They were direct deposited into our checking account. lol About $3300/check!
