You guys are all good people for saying that. Figured I would get alot of "Keep em for yourself" replys. It's nice to know you all share the boards here and think Highly of your friends. Made up my mind to go ahead and have him join in the Journey with me.
Inmyprimeat39, Gains are still good and comin along fine. Smith is still around 450 for sets of 8 this week intead of 6 last week. On all hammer exercises for chest (Incline and decline) I am up to 5 plates per side for assisted sets (spotter follows me and keeps the reps comin by helping me guide the reps without forceunless I stick) Legs are up to 800lbs on machine hack squat. One arm concentration cable curls are at 100 lbs for sets. (big jump from last time at 65)
